raiding with phoenix rising
We have just a few requirements for raids.
- You must have and be logged into vent....no mic necessary
- You must have the addon Deadly Boss Mods installed
- Bring the one character/class/spec to the raid YOU want to play the most. Have a drive to be the best you can be with that toon, and do not be bashful in asking for help to improve.
- Learn the boss fights...you can find strats here or tankspot.com is a great resource
- Be Ready to go at or before the Raid start time. Its strongly suggested that you be ready to go fifteen minutes before the scheduled start time. If you show up after the scheduled time your spot may be filled with another player
- Have a drive to be a member of a team with the goal of taking on PvE challenges. You are here to support the other members of the team, and the members of the team are here to support you.
- The goal of the team is to down bosses, not acquire loot. If loot is your concern, this is not the guild for you. Loot is a tool used to progress to harder content, not the end goal of the raiding experience.
- We understand real life happens, but if you have signed up for a Raid and miss it please let us know what happened
Loot Rules - remember the better geared members are, the easier progression will be for us all. Do your research. Know what upgrades you need....is the item you are rolling on a big upgrade? Or is it minor...better it go to guild mate who needs it more.
10 man loot rules:
This is left up to the raid leader. But is based on the "need before greed" motto.
25 man loot rules:
Items: 1 loot per wing
1 - (MS) free roll Guild members will not enchant, socket or bind the item to themselves in any way till the raid is over. If you receive loot on the last boss then you must wait 30 minutes after the raid to alter the item.
2 - (OS) free roll
3 - (DE)
Patterns, orbs, etc go to the guild bank. ICC tokens divided between 10 man teams.
